Shed Rehab in Collegeville, PA
We removed and disposed of the existing shingles, deteriorated wood siding, and old doors before beginning the renovation. A new roof was installed using 30-year architectural shingles, providing long-lasting protection from the elements. The damaged siding was replaced with LP® SmartSide® engineered wood siding, and a new set of double doors and a single entry door was installed. The existing window was replaced with a new 18″ x 27″ aluminum slider window, and a new 72″ pressure-treated ramp was installed. As a final upgrade, we installed pest barrier protection on both gable ends of the shed to help prevent rodents and other pests from gaining access underneath the structure.
