Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Non-custom products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of pickup or delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused.
Be in its original condition.
Be in its original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Customer-Initiated Returns

If your return is due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or providing incorrect measurements), you are responsible for:

All return shipping costs.
Shipping the item back prepaid and fully insured.
Any original outbound shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

If your return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or an item that is defective upon arrival), we will:

Provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before processing or production begins.

Once processing or production has started, cancellations are no longer permitted, and the return policy above will apply where eligible.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancelable once the order has been placed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
