For this shed, we removed and replaced the damaged eave and fascia trim, corner trim, and window trim, then painted all of the new trim for a fresh, finished appearance. The existing floor had deteriorated, so we replaced it with durable LP ProStruct® 5/8″ flooring and installed a new diamond-plate aluminum threshold across the garage door opening. We also replaced the side entry door with a new 36″ × 80″ fiberglass prehung door and completed the project by installing 34 feet of 5K seamless gutters and downspouts.
