Shed Siding Repair in West Chester, PA

We began this project by excavating around the base of the building and replacing all rim boards with ground-contact pressure-treated lumber. The existing wood door thresholds were then removed and disposed of, and new 4′ × 8′ concrete ramps were poured. Next, we replaced the bottom two feet of siding with LP SmartSide No-Groove engineered wood siding and upgraded all existing 1×6 pine trim to 1×6 LP SmartSide trim. The new siding and trim were finished with Sherwin-Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. To complete the project, we replaced the French drain on two sides of the shed, backfilled with ¾″ clean stone, and installed new landscaping fabric and river rock around the perimeter.
