The roof was upgraded with durable 30-year architectural shingles, and all rotted areas were removed and replaced with double 4″ Dutch lap vinyl siding. We also installed new 96″ engineered wood double doors and 18″ x 27″ slider windows, paired with fiberglass shutters.
