We gave this shed a complete exterior upgrade, starting by removing the existing cedar shakes and installing new IKO Cambridge shingles. All of the siding—except for the back wall—was replaced with LP SmartSide wood siding. We also installed new 1×4 corner trim and 1×3 trim along the top of the walls to enhance the structure’s overall appearance. We replaced the old windows with two new 18″ x 27″ aluminum vertical sliders and added 1×4 picture frame trim for a finished look. We then installed a 72″ fiberglass prehung double door on the front and a 30″ fiberglass prehung single door on the left gable wall. Finally, we applied a fresh coat of paint to the walls and trim, giving the shed a clean, updated look.
