This 12×16 Mini Barn was in rough shape. Luckily we were able to save it! We repaired the roof and installed 30-year architectural shingles, ensuring protection from the elements. The siding was replaced with new wood siding, and finished with a coat of paint. The rotted doors were upgraded to 72″ Standard Style doors, completed with sturdy T-hinges and a secure L-Handle lock. Finally, we swapped the old window out for a new 18″ x 27″ Aluminum Vertical Sider window. This shed looks brand-new!
