12×12 Storage Shed Rehab in Wilmington, DE

This Dutch Barn in Wilmington, DE required extensive repairs to reclaim its charm. We started by removing the old shingles and replacing them with 30-year architectural shingles. Next, we installed new vinyl siding, enhancing the shed’s aesthetics. We also added and 18×27 Aluminum window for improved natural light and ventilation. To complete this project, we replaced the weathered doors with an insulated prehung door, ensuring both security and protection against the elements.
